Below is the guidelines to view Smartermail report:

A. To view Disk space usage report

1. Login to the Smartermail.
2. Click on Reports icon from the left menu.
3. Click on 'My Reports'
4. Under 'My reports' click on 'Disk usage'.

B. To view data transfer report

1. Login to the Smartermail.
2. Click on Reports icon from the left menu.
3. Click on 'My reports'
4. Click on 'Message data'.
5. Select the Date Range (for example: 01/01/2017 to 31/01/2017)
6. Click on 'Generate Report'.

If you are login as Administrator account, click on 'Domain Summary report' instead of 'My Reports' at Step 3.
