We are currently in the process of converting and migrating a large number of shared servers from HELM to Plesk control panel.

While this migration will require a change in your site's IP address and name server and your account will be placed on a more powerful server.

Below is a listing of the planned migrations and what the new shared IP address will be for accounts located on the old server. If you have a dedicated IP already, you will receive a new dedicated IP.

Current IP New IP
124.150.141.186 124.150.141.200
124.150.141.187 124.150.141.201

Current Name Server New Name Server
ns15.dnshostmaster.net ns57.dnshostmaster.net
ns16.dnshostmaster.net ns58.dnshostmaster.net

Once your migration is complete, the name servers will need to be updated in order to point to the new server. If you are using WebServer name servers then you do not need to make any changes whatsoever — we will modify your DNS for you after migration completion. The majority of our customers use our name servers. If you registered your domain with WebServer when you ordered your hosting account, you are more than likely using our name servers.

Any customer being migrated will receive two email notifications before your account is migrated (these will usually be sent out a week and 24 hours before it happens). You will also receive an e-mail once it is finished. The e-mail you receive when your migration is finished will contain your new IP address and the new Plesk login. The notification will be sent to the authorized contacts in our CRM, so it is important that your addresses are up to date in order to receive these e-mails.

The migration process is designed to be as smooth as possible. However, we do realize that some customers have had issues with the migration, as is unavoidable.

Rest assured that, our team is working diligently to resolve these issues as soon as they arise.

If you do encounter any problems with your account please feel free to contact our 24x7 technical department.
