We would like to bring to your attention the recently disclosed PHP security vulnerabilities, CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, announced on 21 October 2026. 

We have taken the necessary actions to apply security patches and implement appropriate mitigation measures across our Shared Hosting environment, where applicable.

For VPS and Dedicated Server customers subscribed to our Server Administration & Management Add-on, the necessary patching and mitigation measures have also been addressed for the server environments covered under the service.

Action Required for Unmanaged VPS and Dedicated Servers

Customers who have not subscribed to our Server Administration & Management Add-on are advised to consult their respective server administrator to review the PHP versions in use and apply the necessary security patches or mitigation measures, where applicable.

We recommend keeping your server software and PHP environment updated to supported, secure versions to reduce potential security risks.
