How to update details in CRM

Update authorized email address

  1. Login to you client area at: https://billing.webserver.com.my/wcp/clientarea.php
  2. On top you can see "Hello! your name" on right side, click Edit Account Details
  3. On the Email Address area you may change the new email address and update the necessary information
  4. Click on Save Changes

Add additional contact

  1. Go to https://billing.webserver.com.my/wcp/clientarea.php and login
  2. On top you can see "Hello! your name" on right side, click Contacts/Sub-Accounts
  3. Insert the contact information and check which Email Preferences to receive
  4. Click on Save Changes button to complete the steps to add new contact

Delete Contact

  1. Login to you client area at: https://billing.webserver.com.my/wcp/clientarea.php
  2. On top you can see "Hello! your name" on right side, click Contacts/Sub-Accounts
  3. Under Choose Contact drop down list, choose which contact you want to delete, click Go
  4. Scroll all the way down and click on Delete Contact
