Windows 8: Setting up Email
  1. On Start, click Mail.
  2. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Settings
    (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, and then click Settings.)
  3. Click Accounts.
  4. Under Accounts, click Add an account.
  5. Under Add an account, click Other account.
  6. Click Show more details.
  7. Enter the following information:
    Email address  Enter your full email address
    Username  Enter your full email address
    Password  Enter your email account password
    Incoming (IMAP) email server *
    Port  143
    Outgoing (SMTP) email server *
    Port  587
  8. Select Outgoing server requires authentication.
  9. Select Use the same username and password to send and receive mail.
  10. Click Connect.
