How to Override Folder Auto-clean in Smartermail?
  1. Login to your webmail, http://mail.domain.com
  2. Click Settings --> Filtering --> Folder Auto-Clean
  3. Select Override auto-clean settings for this account
  4. Click on the Rules
  5. Click Add Rule
  6. Choose the folder you would like to edit for example Deleted Items
  7. Choose the auto-clean will be based on Size or Date
  8. Click Save button once done
