Troubleshoot network problems with PingPlotter
|
- Go to PingPlotter Freeware download page. Download and Install PingPlotter Freeware.
- Launch it from your local computer.
- Enter your domain name / IP address into the Address to Trace field and press the Trace button
- A continuous reading will be generated.
- Save the reading as .GIF format by following the steps. File > Save Image... > Save as type: GIF
- Send over the file as an attachment for us to analyze.
