Setting Up Windows Live Mail Using POP

- Select the File menu and choose Options
- Click the Email Accounts
- Choose Next
- Account settings
- In the Email Address box, enter your email address
- In the Password box, enter your email address password
- In the Display Name box, enter the name you want users to see when you send email from this account
- Choose Manually configure server settings
- Choose Next
- Server information for Incoming Server
- Under Account Type, select POP3
- In the Incoming server address box, enter mail.domain.com
- Incoming server (POP): 110
- Untick Requires a secure connection (SSL)
- Authenticate using : Clear text
- Logon user name box, enter your email address
- Server information for Outgoing Server
- In the Outgoing server address box, enter mail.domain.com
- Outgoing server (SMTP): 25 or 587
- Untick Requires a secure connection (SSL)
- Tick Requires authentication
- Choose Next.
- Click the Finish button.
