Retrieve username:

1. Go to SELFCARE portal
2. Click 'Forgot username'
3. Enter the Domain name, Email address and perform the Security Challenge
4. Click 'Retrieve Username'
5. Your Username will be sent to the domain contact person email address. Note: Please check your Junk/Spam folder too

Retrieve password:

1. Go to SELFCARE portal
2. Click 'Forgot password'
3. Enter your username, Email address and perform the Security Challenge
4. Click 'Reset Password' 
5. The link to reset the password will be sent to the domain contact person email address. Note: Please check your Junk/Spam folder too
6. Click the link provided in the notification email to reset password. Enter the new password twice and click the 'Reset Password' button
