Note: Only the administrative contact of the domains is authorized to perform Appoint/Delegate Billing and Appoint/Delegate Technical.

Here are the steps:

1. Login to SELFCARE portal
2. Go to Domains. Select 'Appoint/Delegate Technical'
3. Select domains from the list. You may select up to 10 domains
4. Click 'Continue'
5. Enter the name and email address of the new contact
6. Review the details and click 'Submit'

Use below details if you wish to appoint WebServer as your domian's Technical Contact

The person you add (appointee) will need to accept the role within 3 days before they can help you to manage your domain. Information to accept the appoint invitation can be obtained here

Then, please follow the below steps for confirmation and the changes shall reflect in WHOIS:

1. Click on 'Domains'
2. Click 'Manage' on the domain name that you would like to make amendments
3. On 'Contact Information' tab, click the 'Edit' button on Technical section and modify the contact details
4. Click 'Save' to proceed
