How to migrate email via Mailbox Migration on Smartermail?

- Login to your webmail, http://mail.domain.com
- Click on Settings icon, go to Advanced Settings
- Select Mailbox Migration
- In the POP up windows of Mailbox Migration, choose Other and then click on the Next button
- Tick Email option and then click on the Next button
- Key in the information as following:-
- Type: Choose POP if to download Inbox folder only and choose IMAP to move all
- Server address: Put mail.domain.com or server IP address
- Port: POP (110), IMAP (143)
- Username: Your full email address
- Password: Your password
- Click on the Start button to begin the mail migration
- Please keep the window open untill the migration done
