Create Database in Plesk
  1. Login to Plesk
  2. Go to Databases and click on Add Database
  3. Fill in the details and enable Create a database user 
    - Database Name
    - Database Username
    - Password
    - Confirm Password
  4. Click OK button below to complete Database creation
