Auto Responder for Smartermail 15.x and below

Setting up an auto respond email for your Smartermail is an easy way to notify senders of your inability to respond immediately. The auto-responder can be setup for a period of your absence.

You can follow these steps to create the auto-responder.

  1. Login to your webmail (Smartermail) account.
  2. Locate and click Settings and expanding My Settings option.
  3. Click on Auto-Responder.
  4. On Option tab, tick on Enable auto-reponder checkbox.

    Notes: We encourage you to enable Limit responses to once daily to avoid autoresponder loops.

  5. Next to Message tab, enter the Subject and set the date-range. Then, compose you auto-responder email.


  6. Click Save button above to update changes.
