Auto Responder in Smartermail 16

- Login to Smatermail account (mail.domainname.com)
- Go to Settings with the gear icon
- Select Autoresponder
- Navigate to Options section then toggle on Enable Autoresponder
Notes: You can change the auto responder behaviour by enable or disable any options offer,
Disable responses to indirect mail: prevent the autoresponder from responding to an email that is not directly addressed to you such CC email.
Limit responses to once daily: the same sender should be received your autoresponder email once even the sender email was send multiple times.
Only send between cetain dates: all user to customize autoresponder when user is temporary unavailable for instance when user is on vacation etc.
- Next, fill in the auto responder email should be received by the sender
Subject: Email subject of email autoresponder.
Body (Type here): Message of email autoresponder.
- Click Save to update changes
