						 Domain administrator level:- 
- Login to Smartermail with admin user role
 
  
- Go to Domain Settings 
 
  
- Select Accounts on left side panel options
 
  
- Click on user to open the user's settings
 
  
- Click on Action (tricolon) button and choose Change Password
 
  
- Enter the New Password & Confirm Password similarly
 
  
- If all requirements turn to green, click Save to update changes
 
  
- Click Save button on settings page
 
 
  
User level:- 
- Login to Smartermail as user
 
  
- Go to Settings (Gear icon)
 
  
- Click Account and user settings will be show
 
  
- Click Change Password button at the top of settings page
 
  
- Enter the Old Password, New Password & Confirm Password
  
  
- If all requirements turn to green, click Save to update changes
 
  
- Click Save button on settings page
