Domain administrator level:-

1. Login to Smartermail with admin user role
   
   
2. Go to Domain Settings 
   
   
3. Select Accounts on left side panel options
   
   
4. Click on user to open the user's settings
   
   
5. Click on Action (tricolon) button and choose Change Password
   
   
6. Enter the New Password & Confirm Password similarly
   
   
7. If all requirements turn to green, click Save to update changes
   
   
8. Click Save button on settings page

User level:-

1. Login to Smartermail as user
   
   
2. Go to Settings (Gear icon)
   
   
3. Click Account and user settings will be show
   
   
4. Click Change Password button at the top of settings page
   
   
5. Enter the Old Password, New Password & Confirm Password
   
   
6. If all requirements turn to green, click Save to update changes
   
   
7. Click Save button on settings page
