Regularly reset your password is important and we recommend you to create long, complex passwords and secure them safely. Here are the step to reset email password through cPanel interface.

1. Login to cPanel account
   
   
2. Navigate to Email section and select on Email Address
   
   
3. Align to the email address, click on Manage
   
   
4. Type the new password in New Password field
   
   Notes: User may use random password by generating password
   
   
5. Click Update Email Settings at the bottom to save changes
   
   

If the user has no access to the cPanel, they still able to change the email password through Webmail interface

1. Login to Webmail
   
   
2. Click on cPanel icon at the left side panel and it will redirect to Webmail Home
   
   
3. Go to Edit Your Settings section then select Password & Security
   
   
4. Enter the New Password and Confirm New Password
   
   
5. Click Save button to update changes
