Add Email in Outlook on Mac

These following instructions for adding email in Outlook for Mac devices.

  1. Go to Outlook > Preference > Accounts.

  2. Click Other Email

  3. Enter your e-mail address, password for the mailbox and choose Configure automatically checkbox

  4. Enter your username (the same as e-mail address)

  5. Choose the type of connection: POP or IMAP

  6. Enter the Incoming server and Outgoing server names

  7. Check Override default port and enter the following port numbers for the servers

    Incoming Port : 995 (POP) or 993 (IMAP)
    Outgoing Port : 465 (SMTP)

  8. Check Use SSL to connect (recommended) checkboxes for both Incoming and Outgoing Servers

  9. Click Add Account

  10. Close Accounts window
