Using the Events system, the domain administrator can blind carbon copy (BCC) a user's sent and received messages to another email account. This ability is useful for both archiving and monitoring purposes.

Copying Received Mail

1. Login into Smartermail with admin privilege email account
2. Go to Domain setting and choose Events
3. Click New button for configure new Events
4. On General section, fill in the
     Event Name: Rename the events
     Event Status: Enable
     Event Category: Email
     Event Type: Email Received

5. Move to Condition section, click New Condition
     Condition: To Address
     Condition Operator: Equals
     Value: enter user email address
     Then click Save

6. On Action section, click New Action
     Select Action: Add Recipient
     Maximum Frequency: None
     Recipient: Enter recipient address
     Then click Save

7. Next click Save on Events page to complete the configuration
   
   

Copying Sent Mail

1. Login into Smartermail with admin privilege email account
2. Go to Domain Setting and choose Events

     Event Name: Rename the events
     Event Status: Enable
     Event Category: Email
     Event Type: Email Sent

5. Move to Condition section, click New Condition
     Condition: From Address
     Condition Operator: Equals
     Value: enter user email address
     Then click Save

6. On Action section, click New Action
     Select Action: Add Recipient
     Maximum Frequency: None
     Recipient: Enter recipient address
     Then click Save

7. Next click Save on Events page to complete the configuration
