Changing your own User Password

1. To change your password, logon to the SmarterMail web interface (http://mail.yourdomainname.com) with your user ID and password.
2. Click on Settings button at the top.
3. Expand My Settings on the left and click on Account Settings.
4. Under User tab type your Current Password, New Password and then Confirm Password and click Save button at the top.

Changing any User Password with the Administrator Account

1. To change an account password, logon to the SmarterMail web interface (http://mail.yourdomainname.com) with the administrator account credentials provided to you.
2. Click on Settings button at the top.
3. Expand Domain Settings on the left and click on Users.
4. Right-click on the user you need to change the password for and click Edit.
5. Under User tab type New Password, Confirm Password and click Save button at the top.
