KVM VPS clients have two ways to install their VPS OS

Option 1 - Install a Pre-made VM OS Template:-

1. Login to Clientarea
2. Click Service / My service / View detail
3. Click Reinstall
4. Select the template you want and click Reinstall
5. Your new root password will be 123456 once you initiate the installation
6. Monitor the installation progress using VNC
7. Please see Networking below to configure your connection if needed

Option 2 - Install an Official ISO:-

1. Login to Clientarea
2. Click Service / My service / View detail
3. Reboot the VPS from the Control Panel
4. Click VNC and configure the OS as desired (see below for help)
5. Reset the Boot Order after installation is complete
   
   

Networking configuration:-

• IPv4: Some KVM ISOs work with DHCP. If your ISO does not automatically assign your IPv4 address, configure it manually.
• IPv4 Network Configuration:-
  • Netmask: 255.255.255.0
  • Gateway: xxx.xxx.xxx.1 (fill in the xxx's with the first three parts of your IP)
  • Network: xxx.xxx.xxx.0 (fill in the xxx's with the first three parts of your IP)
• Public IPv4 Resolvers (Google)
  • 8.8.8.8
  • 8.8.4.4
